InnoBioTech collects only the information needed to operate the InnoEco platform: account and profile details, the research requests and CRO capability data you submit, and the commercial records (proposals, invoices, payments, projects) generated through your use of the service.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• Payment processing is handled by verified providers; we do not store raw card details.
• Access to your data is restricted by role and scoped to the parties to an engagement.
• You may request export or deletion of your account data by contacting support.

Terms of Service

By using InnoEco you agree to use the platform lawfully and to provide accurate information in your profile, requests, and capability listings. InnoBioTech facilitates matching and commercial workflow between clients and CROs. Where supported, client funds for a confirmed engagement are placed in a controlled payment hold via a licensed third-party payment provider and released to the CRO as the client confirms delivery milestones; InnoBioTech is not an escrow agent or money transmitter.
